Crown Harvest is a privately held business founded in 2023 and with staff worldwide. We combined successful careers in multiple verticals to create a legacy for our families and clients. At our core, we provide high quality products and exceptional customer service. But we truly thrive on finding the finishes and class leading products that our clients’ competitors don’t have. Our direct sourcing model allows us to do this at tremendous savings.

What does our name mean?

During 2021, Dave had a profound experience with God.  It was then that the name Crown Harvest came to him.  The logo came the very next day. 

When Jesus comes back to Earth, he categorizes everyone who has ever lived.  For those who know him, they are called wheat.  This is what’s known as the final harvest.  The word crown is simply a synonym for the word final.

Our logo is a bundle of wheat.  The bundle is wrapped in a crown of thorns.  This symbolizes the protection Jesus puts over his believers, for the simple act of acknowledging him as God.

The name and logo represent our biggest hope in life.  It’s the hope that we’ll have a place in eternity with Jesus.  We think that’s a good message to be shared with the world.

Dave Bunting

CEO

Dave, founding member of Crown Harvest Hardware, is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. He’s a 25-year veteran of the multifamily and hospitality industries. Dave has built a solid foundation of partners and clients throughout the United States and Asia by maintaining a high level of execution and ethical standards.

Mr. Bunting began his career in multifamily apartment management in the late 90’s. During that time, Mr. Bunting managed, developed, and renovated a total of 16,000 units. Dave was particularly noted for his ability to revive and redevelop poorly performing assets/portfolios. In 2008, after a successful purchase of renovation materials from Asia, Dave began his career importing. From the onset, he’s delivered product nationally to apartment renovators, apartment developers, material supply distributors, and hotel developers/operators in 24 states. Dave has built his reputation by delivering reliable, unique, and high-quality products. Throughout these years, he’s also built a stable chain of the best suppliers, who deliver class leading products.

Dave’s passion is developing new products, and assisting his clients by providing fixtures that differentiate their assets. Dave is an active volunteer in variety of charities, and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Circle City Relief. Dave also networks in both the hospitality and multifamily industries, including NAA, NMHC, IREM, HD and AAHOA. Dave graduated from Appalachian State University, with a major in Real Estate and Finance. He’s married to wife Natalie, and has 2 sons, David, 17, and Caleb, 16.

Travis Couick

Partner

As Partner in Crown Harvest Hardware and President of STAG Partners, Travis intentionally drives the team’s focus on the proven process on all projects and strives to exceed the expectations of the client 100% of the time. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University, BSBA – Marketing and enjoyed an 11-year career with Sherwin-Williams before transitioning to the general contracting side. He has spent nearly 20 years developing a network that has allowed him to take on projects predominantly throughout the Southeast but reaching as far as New York and California. 

Travis is a licensed General Contractor in Georgia, Tennessee and South Carolina and anticipates adding Licenses in North Carolina, Alabama, and Florida in 2023. He is active in the apartment associations and has participated consistently on several committees and boards to support the industry that provides the primary focus for the company.  Travis really takes pleasure investing in the personal growth of the team and providing unique solutions for client partners while delivering a quality product.

Travis has committed to volunteer work with several charities and truly believes in giving back to the community and industry that he lives in.  Most recently he completed a 2-year commitment as Chairman of the Board for Sunshine on a Ranney Day, a non-profit that specializes in the renovation of bath an bedrooms for disabled children.  Travis has 3 daughters, Gabby, Stella and Taylor and a wonderful wife, Abby. They enjoy travel, golf, supporting Alabama Football, the Atlanta Braves and living an active lifestyle with his family.

Todd Halverson

Partner

Todd Halverson is a partner at Crown Harvest Hardware, with responsibility to grow the business through his 35+ years of sales experience.  He guides the sales efforts and truly believes “you must be present to receive your present”.

In his previous role, he served as Executive Vice President and partner at ePremium Insurance.  Halverson was responsible for growing the small company into a high growth, emerging Renter’s Insurance company.  He was instrumental in taking the company to a 15X multiple and sale in just 5 years.

Before joining ePremium in early 2012 Halverson brought Dogwood Building Supply into the multifamily world.  Dogwood became an industry leader in China exporting.  They employed a direct fulfillment business model encompassing value add and new construction.

Halverson AKA “Halvey” holds a BA of communication studies business emphasis bible minor from Azusa Pacific University.  He enjoys spending time with his wife Kristen and 4 children Tyler, Cole, Emily and Abigail.  Keep an eye and ear out on the golf course as Halvey loves to golf and sing!

Lolly Love

Partner

Lolly’s 25-year background in the Apartment Industry as both a Commercial Real Estate Broker and as a Multi-family supplier allows her to play a pivotal role with clients. Her vital industry knowledge allows her to truly benefit Apartment owners and developers with ideas that increase their bottom-line profits. She’s very well-known in the industry and is constantly connecting her clients with the additional people/solutions that scale their businesses more profitably. She’s educated with a Bachelor’s in Business Marketing from CSUC and with a self-proclaimed PHD in L.I.F.E. (Love, Inspiration, Freedom, Enthusiasm). Lolly’s genuine love for people, along with her certifications in Neuro-linguistic Programing, Life Coaching and Hypno-therapy, give her a unique ability to truly connect with her clients and positively influence them along the way. Lolly is currently a member and/or has been a member of MNHC, NAR, CAR, SDAR, SDCAA & BIA throughout her career. Lolly typically attends NAA, MNHC, MFE to continue her multi-family network and education. Lolly lives by design in the “Little Italy” section downtown of San Diego, CA with her 7-year-old son and cat that is more like a dog named Simba.
